TS Land Surveying, Inc. provides residential and commercial land surveying to engineers, architects, attorneys, homeowners, municipalities, contractors and other professionals. In addition to land surveying, Title 5 septic system services are also offered. 

TS Land Surveying, Inc. does not perform Land Development Projects independently (projects involving extensive engineering and storm water analysis, commercial development, large housing developments, etc.) but will partner with your civil engineering or architectural firm to provide the necessary survey services for these type of projects. 

Additionally TS Land Surveying, Inc. maintains relationships with engineers and environmental consultants for any projects requiring professional engineering design or wetland permitting.
